Treatments
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is based on a traditional system of medicine known as Ayurveda which has been practised in India for over three thousand years and is becoming increasingly popular in the West.
The concept of Indian Head Massage as a complementary therapy was first introduced into the UK in the early 1970's. It has become so popular that it is now enjoyed by people of all ages and walks of life and practised in a number of different settings, including private homes, natural health centres and hair and beauty salons.
As the massage has also been adapted so that it can be performed without oil, it has become firmly established as an antidote to the demands of modern life and can be practised in offices, schools, hospices and even airports to help reduce tension, ease anxiety, increase clarity of thought and promote positive health and well-being.

A spiritual facial which lifts and tones the skin leaving a glowing complexion and also lifts the spirits, improving well being and reducing stress.
This deeply relaxing award-winning treatment combines face reflexology, with the best and most effective ancient and modern face lifting massage and specialist tools including quartz crystals and Gua sha. A course of treatments can help to eliminate the need for botox and offers a natural alternative to dermal fillers by stimulating collagen and elastin from the inside, reducing puffiness and tightening and toning the skin in the face and neck. Lymphatic drainage helps improve circulation and the removal of toxins, which can lead to brighter and smoother skin with a more even complexion. Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi ear candling is exactly what it says it is: a candle that you burn in your ear. It is a simple but very powerful healing tool that originated around three thousand years ago. In ancient times, in India, China, South America, the Aztecs, and North America - the Native Americans used plants, herbs and mud on a hollow reed to clear and cleanse the ears.
Reports on the benefits vary.
The treatment can have a very calming effect. All you experience is the sound of a wood fire crackling as the candles get to work drawing out any excess wax or impurities through the candle which acts as a vacuum when lit.
It is a very safe treatment, suitable for all ages.

A one day workshop designed for Therapists who would like to rekindle/develop their use of Reiki. The day includes attunement to the violet flame and insight into extra techniques that can be used, away from the Charkas, and a Reiki share, Learn the way that Usui taught!

Baby & Small Child Reflexology
It is a joy to give Reflexology to young children and babies and, in my experience, they love receiving it too and respond so quickly with no preconceived ideas!
It is a wonderful way to support and bond with your baby and/or children on their journey through life. Reflexology is a completely natural therapy with an aim to promote good health and wellbeing for all. For us it became a bed time routine.
Reflexology points can be taught to you, as parents or guardian's, to be able to work on your baby or child's feet, hands at home to help bring calm and support their wellbeing as they grow.
If you or a group of friends or NCT buddies would like to learn Baby Reflexology we can organise to run the workshops in your own home, it is a relaxed and informal atmosphere within a home environment which lends itself really well to the learning of these techniques.
Baby Reflexology Workshops are taught in three weekly sessions, each session has one of the following themes:

Individual attunements to Reiki and Seichem are available. You can be attuned just to Reiki or Reiki & Seichem. Each course is arranged on an individual basis - please contact me for details.
Reiki 1 - £150
This course includes attunement to the violet flame and knowledge of 16 active techniques to support work on the chakras.
Reiki 2 - £220
Learn to use the many symbols available to you with Reiki & Seichem, distant healing and how to establish yourself as a healer. Supporting you at every stage.
Reiki 3 - £300
Attunement to Master for healing purposes only & Techniques to work away from the Chakras.
Reiki Master - £450
Learning how to attune others and train.
Level one is carried out over three sessions. The training is accompanied by a manual, DVDs and support material. Each level is certificated. Free ongoing training is provided thorough Reiki shares and ongoing support available
