Jayne Amanda

I’m Jayne, a fully qualified Reflexologist & Reiki Master and have been practising over 20 years.

My practice is based in in Ettington, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire where I provide reflexology, reiki and complementary therapies to help people restore their equilibrium. I also practice from the Traditional Acupuncture Centre in Royal Leamington Spa and Lifeways in Stratford upon Avon. My first introduction to reflexology treatments was for fertility issues where I became fascinated by the subject.

Reflexology helped me with fertility issues and I found it fascinating so having worked for many years as a Financial Services Manager I decided to postpone my career when my second child was born I decided to train privately, using the very gentle but powerful South African universal method of Reflexology devised by Chris Stormer. I became involved with Reiki while training to be a Reflexologist; one of my case studies was a Reiki Master and she suggested that I became attuned to level one for protection. I have had some wonderful experiences with Reiki, it is truly a magical therapy - this led me to train to be a Reiki Master. I am very lucky to have been attuned to levels Sakara 2 & 3. Being a Qualified Trainer and Training Manager I enjoy running a Reiki training school and some fun one-day workshops. I also love carrying out talks and presentations.

Reflexology and reiki can benefit a wide range of people and conditions.

I have given talks to various groups, MS society, ME groups, women's groups, menopause and cancer societies. As a registered Member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Reiki and Seichem Association, I am governed by the strict codes of practice and ethics of these associations. I am also a member of the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council.

I am proud to have been appointed to the Reflexology Professional Specific Board (PSB)Appointment to Reflexology Profession Specific Board (PSB) to help to shape training for reflexologists and support them with standards.


Adding a new "string to my bow" I have recently completed a level 5 diploma in Transformation and Heart based practices - leading me to become an Intuitive Coach. An exciting new chapter bring so many of my skills together.

Accreditations & Qualifications

  • Fertility & Maternity Reflexologist; I am a qualified Fertility & Maternity Reflexologist having studied Susanne Enzer's and Pathway's School of Reflexology Fertility training. I have recently attended, Jan 2020, Barbara Scott's Repro Reflexology training and am now a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
  • Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift; I have recently completed the Ziggie Bergman Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift Training Course. This can be combined with Reiki or adding onto an Indian Head Massage for additional relaxing treatment. Zone Face Lift reduces stress and tension
  • Vertical Reflexology Techniques; This an acclaimed award-winning newer form of reflexology that is applied to the weight-bearing feet or hands for a few minutes before a conventional reflexology treatment.
  • Limbic Reflexology Technique: Trained with Hamish Edgar to be able to focus in on the Limbic part of the brain - a stimulating method of reflexology.
  • Structural Reflexology; Practitioner.
  • Reflexology Lymph Drainage; Practitioner.
  • Reiki & Seichem Master; Practitioner and Trainer.
  • Hopi Ear Candling; Practitioner.
  • Indian Head Massage; Practitioner and Trainer.
  • Holistic Therapy; To gain further understanding of the spine I qualified in the Dorn Method which enabled me to learn Breuss massage.
  • Dermalogica Skin Therapist - qualified to analysis the skin - carryout face mapping and determine what products best suit.
  • Zone Face Lift - Practitioner
  • MOXABUSTION - Moxibustion is a type of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves burning moxa, a cone or stick made of ground mugwort leaves, on or near your body’s meridians and acupuncture points.
